BOUNDEC IntoDEC® MS-1K
IntoDEC® MS-1Kis a polyurethane binder specially formulated for stone carpet flooring applications. It cures using moisture from the atmosphere. It is 100% solids, low viscosity, odorless, highly elastic, andhydrophobic, with excellent adhesion for indoor stone carpet applications, and is non-toxic (zero VOC).
After curing, it is resistant to contact with water and chemicals.
The application requires mixing 6% of the product's binder weight with colored quartz and marble granules. If the substrate requires waterproofing in stone carpet applications, PoreFILLER® P-1K should be applied beneath the stone carpet layer.
Do not leave the package lid open during application; any unused product can be saved for the next application using the "open and close" method for the package lid.

- The exact ratio depends on the dust content of the granules.
Clean the surface using a high-pressure washer if possible.
Remove oil, grease, and wax contaminants. Cement laitance, loose particles, mold release agents, and cured membranes must also be removed. The application surface must be dry.
Priming:Priming is required when applying the product to non-porous substrates, such as ceramic or glazed tiles. In this case, Primer-D 1K is used.
During the application of the floor stone carpet:
For easier application, spray your trowel with a mixture of 20% glass cleaner and 80% tap water.
Clean your trowel frequently with cellulosic thinner during the application phase.
When applying in enclosed areas, open the windows to allow ventilation and ensure contact with the humidity in the atmosphere.
After the IntoDEC® MS-1K binder and granule mixture has been mixed with the mixer.
While the stone carpet application process continues.
Over time, the chemical will settle toward the bottom of the bucket. The percentage of IntoDEC® MS-1K granules (300–400 grams) remaining at the bottom of the bucket will exceed 5%. For this reason:
